By the end of the course, students should be able to create and curate datasets relevant to religious studies in formats that can be used for further analysis while reflecting critically on this process.

Syllabus: Expectations

No programming knowledge expected!

  • attend regularly (be absent no more than 3 times and inform me when you will be absent)
  • actively participate in discussions
  • be respectful of one another
  • read 1-2 assigned readings weekly and/or prepare small weekly assignments
  • create a small dataset, optionally together with another student
